Well, Field Day 2007 has come and gone. Overall, it was  a very enjoyable experience for those who attended.

 

We began the set up on Friday afternoon. Mother nature delivered about 101 of those ferenheight things...it was warm, but everything was set up by about sun down. The SAR command post served as the CW position, and it was deliered and set up in the park Friday afternoon.

 

 

Then, about 4:00 the new Mobile Command Post was delivered and set up.  It proved to be a very comfortable working environment.

 

The main station was a Kenwood TS-440.

 

The GOTA station was a Yaesu FT-897 interfaced to a PC, running N1MM logging program.

 

Also, a VHF/UFH station was  set up to allow for logistcs and coordination.
